Auto SMS/text message for drivers at arrival
This article covers the SMS for drivers functionality and how to set it up.
SMS for Drivers
If the Auto Text Functionality is deployed for your site, your driver will be able to receive a SMS confirmation upon each arrival.
If enabled, at check-in an initial welcome message will be sent to the driver. Once a dock/location is assigned, a second message can be sent to the driver indicating where to move the trailer to.
Note: For the auto-SMS to work, for each check-in, the driver's mobile number will need to be captured.
Setting up automated SMS/text messages:
